TRAMONTO INASPETTATO
Le previsioni del vento erano molto pessimistiche: fino a domenica bonaccia.
Per questo motivo, dopo una mattinata passata a studiare, ho pensato di prendere il mio motorino e fare il giro dell’isola in senso orario, fermandomi a fare qualche foto nei dintorni.
Intorno alle 14, complice anche un leggero languorino mi sono fermato in un ristorantino di Alykia, nel sud dell’isola per gustarmi un filetto di tonno e mezzo litro di vino bianco.
La qualità del vino era scadente, ma il fatto di averlo bevuto sotto il sole greco mi ha creato non pochi problemi di “cotta” stratosferica.
Ho finito il giro dell’isola ritrovandomi con Andrea alla spiaggia di kite. Essendo una giornata senza un filo d’aria abbiamo pensato di procedere con un giro dell’isola inverso (senso antiorario) finendo di vedere le ultime spiagge non ancora esplorate. Per il terzo giorno consecutivo abbiamo fatto tappa a Punta beach che, purtroppo per noi, si è rivelata essere un bluff… tutti assicuravano un atmosfera di festa esagerata, in realtà non abbiamo mai visto più di cinquanta persone.
Siamo tornati verso la spiaggia del kite intorno alle 18 e… vento. Vento!
A quel punto ho preso subito il mio motorino che fa i 35 km/h e l’ho spinto fino a casa ai 70 km/h (non so come ho fatto) per raccattare la mia attrezzatura da kite e tornare velocemente a spiaggia.
Risultato: un uscita al tramonto spettacolare, inaspettata, imprevista e favolosa.
Siamo rimasti in spiaggia fino alle 20.30 con il kite e poi dopo una veloce sciacquata, vestiti ancora da mare, ci siamo diretti ad Antiparos, prendendo il traghettino.
Abbiamo fatto prima una puntatina a Soros, una spiaggia dove dicevano esserci una bella festa (quando siamo arrivati noi era finita) e poi, nelle buie strade di Antiparos, con una stellata da mille e una notte, ci siamo addentrati nel bellissimo centro per una cena e un mojito finale.
